Winning Tutorial

I considered myself an excellent cookie maker prior to using this tutorial, but I am thrilled to report that I picked up a few tips and tricks. Amanda does a great job of explaining why each step in the process is important, and I appreciate that. Some of these steps I was already following, but now I understand why!! She also converted me to a few new practices! I GUARANTEE, whether you consider yourself a novice, or an expert already, you have something to gain from Amanda's methods and principles!

I followed the tutorial steps exactly with just two exception: I used Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips (cause they are scrumptious) and I only used 2/3 of the bag; and I use a smaller cookie scoop for two reasons, my kids are only 4 and 2 so the little cookies are perfect for them, and I find that I eat 3 cookies regardless of the size so the smaller scoop is better for my waist line. If you are taking them somewhere then DEFINITELY use the big scoop, they are beautiful!!!!
